Any orders on dressesmall.com.au both have Processing/Tailoring Time and Shipping Time.

Processing/Tailoring Time: The time it takes to prepare/tailor your item(s) to ship from our warehouse or factory. As a unique selling point of  dressesmall.com.au, all of our dresses can be custom made (except In Stock items which will be ready within 3-5 days before shipment). Normally, it will take 15-25 days to tailor a new dress before arranging shipment. It might be more or less, which depends on individual dress style and order quantity.  Once your order has been placed, a notification e-mail will be sent to inform you the estimated delivery time of your order. If you have any questions about the delivery time, you should contact us at service@dressesmall.com.au.

Special Occasion Dresses (Formal/Evening/Cocktail/)

Processing Time: It will take 15-20 working days to tailor your dresses and wraps by our professional dressmakers. 

Shipping Time: General speaking, it takes less than 3-6 working days for Expedited Shipping to deal with and ship out your order. Usually it takes 6-9 working days by Standard Shipping. The chart below has provided more detail information about shipping method.

*Super saver shipping only available when your order is below 500g or $50. *If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
* We will try our best to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we has no obligation for service transit time, which is determined by the parcel service corporation, excluding weekends and holidays, and may change with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to holidays, customs delay, weather, carrier complications or insufficient address info.

1. The shipping method for items below 500g or 50 dollars is super saver shipping.
2. The shipping method for items above 500g or 50 dollars is expedited shipping or standard shipping
