1. Which payment methods do you accept?

dressesmall.com.au provides you a range of convenient payment options to make you place the order easily.

2. How to pay with credit card?

Just choose "credit/debit card option" in our website:

Then you will be redircted to the page where you can input your card information!

3. How to pay with Paypal?

- If you have a paypal account, just input your Paypay account and the password to finish the payment!

- If you don't have a paypal account, it doesn't matter. You can also pay via paypal with you credit card or bank debit card(Payment can be submitted in any currency).

Just click “Don’t have a Paypal account”, input your card numbers and other information then submit and finish the payment!

4. How do I know if I have been charged for my items?

If your payment status changes to "processing”, that means you have paid us successfully already! We will then confirm your payment and begin processing your order right away.
In some cases, PayPal or credit/debit card payments may take up to 24 hours to confirm (when you receive an email entitled "You have successfully placed an order...", that means your payment has been confirmed).

5. What should I do if I can’t pay successfully?

Here are the reasons for your payment failure:

1) Incorrect card information (card number, name, expiration date .etc) or the card has been expired

2) Insufficient funds in Paypal account or credit/Debit card

3) The card you using is in bank blacklist because of chargeback history. It has been declined

4) High risk transactions. The transaction failed to pass the an-fraud system of the bank, the bank declined it for the protection of the merchant.

If you failed to pay the order, please make sure there is sufficient balance in your bank card or Paypal account. If everything is okay in your side, please contact the card issuer to check it!

Note: Some failure may be caused by net connection or browser version. Please try it again or change a browser to finish your payment!
